ACCOMODATION DETAILS
Our Chalet Accommodation is fully equipped and maintained to the highest standards. Pillows, linen and blankets provided. Complete with crockery, cutlery, cooking and kitchen utensils. It is only necessary to bring towels.
Breakage deposit (R500.00). The Chalets are serviced and cleaned before occupation. If not left in a reasonably clean condition (including dishes) an extra cleaning charge will be deducted. Anything missing, broken or damaged will be charged for. The breakage deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure.
No animals permitted in the chalets.
Accommodation to be vacated by 10am unless arranged otherwise.
FREE - on all sites and in accommodation units - TV Aerial points, 2nd channel video / cable TV.
WHAT WE HAVE TO OFFER
Situated on the beautiful banks of the Mtentweni Lagoon. Ideal for canoeing, fishing and wind-surfing. Beautiful shark protected beach 600 meters.
Recreational facilities include trampoline, swimming pool, children's play park, organised events in season, large open grassed area on the banks of the lagoon for sports, games and recreation.
Pool table, table tennis, volleyball, darts, games room, TV room with 2nd Channel video. Communal braai for organised braai's. Canoes are available and there is fishing in both river and sea.
For those who like friendly chats and get-togethers our Pub the Sharks Cove, ideally situated on the riverbank under thatch is the ultimate.
The Wild Coast Casino, Oribi Gorge, Crocodile Farm, Night Life, Restaurants, Pubs, Sports Bars, golf courses, Port Shepstone, Shelly Beach and Margate are only a short drive away.
We regret credit cards are not accepted. Payment may be made in cash or bank guaranteed cheques.

Umtentweni Caravan Resort is situated 4 km north of Port Shepstone on the Hibiscus Coast of Kwa-Zulu Natal. From the N2 Toll road take the Umtentweni Toll Plaza off ramp. Proceed east (Umtentweni / Port Shepstone North for 3.7 km to a robot). Turn left towards Durban on the old N2 South Coast Road for 700 meters, turn left again at the first intersection (Caltex Service Station). The Resort entrance is approx. 120 meters from the intersection.
