CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation fees apply as follows: 

• (a) If cancelled 31 days or more prior to the pick-up date: Full Deposit Refund
• (b) If cancelled within 14-30 days of pick-up date: 50% Deposit Refund
• (c) If cancelled 1-13days prior to pick-up date: 25% Deposit Refund
• (d) If cancelled on the day of pick-up or no show: No refund available
• (e) On early return: No Refund.
